"myCreators" is a brand of Webedia, located at 2, rue Paul Vaillant Couturier, 92300 Levallois-Perret. Webedia, in its capacity as data controller, places great importance on respecting your privacy and is committed to building strong and lasting relationships with you. Protecting your personal data is essential to us. This is why we provide you with our data protection policy to inform you, as clearly as possible, about our practices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of information you may provide through the site https://my.webedia-creators.com (“the Site” or “myCreators”).


What personal data do we process and how is it collected?


We collect personal data about you when you create your myCreators account and link your social media profile to your myCreators account.


We limit data collection to only the information necessary to provide the services we offer. You will be informed whether providing certain information is mandatory or optional by the presence of an asterisk on data collection forms.


Why do we process your personal data and for how long?


We commit to processing your personal data for specific, legitimate, and relevant purposes.


In addition, and in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the processing of personal data ("GDPR"), we have defined a legal basis for each processing purpose.


Lastly, we retain your personal data for a period in compliance with legal and regulatory provisions and, failing that, for a period strictly necessary and proportionate to the purposes for which the data was collected. When we no longer need to use your personal data, we delete it from our information systems or anonymize it to prevent irreversible identification.

Who are the recipients of your data?


Your personal data is shared with myCreators and Webedia employees who need it to provide quality service. This may include customer service, marketing, and IT teams.


We constantly strive to protect your personal data. Upon receipt, we apply strict security measures to minimize the risk of data breaches. For example, each employee must use a strong, individual password.


Your data is also processed by our subcontractors who provide services on our behalf, such as:

  • sending newsletters

  • data hosting

  • technical services connecting the social network APIs to myCreators


We contractually require our subcontractors to take all appropriate measures to protect your personal data.


We may also share your data with our business partners for the aforementioned purposes. These partners may contact you directly using the contact information you provided.


Finally, in accordance with applicable law, we may share your personal data with lawyers, legal assistants, judicial officers, and relevant authorities in the event of legal proceedings or to comply with legal obligations or defend our rights and interests.


Is your data transferred outside the European Union?


To fulfill the aforementioned purposes, your data may be transferred to companies located in countries outside the European Union that do not offer adequate data protection as recognized by the European Commission. We ensure such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with current regulations.

Within the limits of applicable law, if your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular due to their repetitive nature, we may refuse to act or charge a reasonable fee for administrative costs.

Can we change this policy?


We may modify this policy due to legal, case law, CNIL decisions and recommendations, or changes in the purposes for which data was originally collected.
